Kimmi's Best BiscottiWhat's great about a job like the one we did for Kimmi? Biscotti!!! Kimmi truly makes the best baked goods this cookie-loving crew ever had, and you should try some too. (No, we did not get paid to say that.) We can't take credit for the logo design but wish we could. It is the focal point of the branding for this site and gave us a great foundation to build upon. This site is a very simple yet very successful low-cost e-commerce solution using PayPal as the method of transaction online. |
Centec SolutionsCentec Solutions is an interesting website because of how it is used by its owners. It is an online catalog that gives them the capability to print any portion of that catalog or deliver as a multi-page PDF document, tailored specifically to individual clients. That is very flexible. They also create their own new pages in minutes. That is also pennies on the dollar compared to printing a 24 or 32 or 48 page catalog with 140+ products. Centec owners came to us for some traditional catalog design and we had a different solution. We could have certainly designed and printed a catalog, but they really only wanted a relatively small number with a growing number of parts in the future. We suggested building their catalog within the CMS website and focusing on the printer-friendly aspect of the pages where would create a stylized look that would be a worthy substitute to the traditional printed book. So it's "green" friendly twice-- Less $$$ and less paper. That's a win/win/win situation. (client/environment/us) ;-) |
Mohegan MetalworksThis website shows an incredible depth of product offering from Mohegan Metalworks. GO2 was hired to actually build a site to take the place of an existing, well-designed, well optimized site, that simply needed to be brought up to date as a CMS with some Web 2.0 standards. In addition, we were asked to design a logo and the interface for the new site. |
Westchester DairyThe "milkman" is back and his business has changed considerably. Delivering milk and other dairy products is done the old fashioned way but advertising and receiving orders has a brand new look and feel. Westchester Dairy & Distributors, LLC., came to us for creativity and a website that is now a firm foundation for their business online. We delivered some of our own tradition—100% pure creative juice served up with old-fashioned attention to detail and customer service. The result is a memorable website that is found in search engines with increasing traffic. We hear the cows are happy too. |
All Fired Up!We had the great pleasure of designing and developing this website for the county-wide group art exhibit. Provided with a style guide, we went to work with logos, typography, and a color palette to create the finished website. We worked with the WAC staff to adjust and edit the layouts and CMS admin to fine tune the site. We had the challenge of arranging a variety of content and keep it streamlined and manageable. The success of the site was widespread and recently awarded a Big W from the Advertising Club of Westchester for Interactive Media: Non-Profit Website. We are fortunate to work with great people, well designed content, and recognition from our peers. |
