The Bird & Bottle Inn One of the Hudson Valley's well known fine dining and unique lodging experiences is now well represented in this newly released website. The Bird & Bottle Inn located in Garrison, New York is only a few miles north of northern Westchester county. Once known as Warren's Tavern, it has been there since 1761, operating in the colonial days. Our assignment was to accurately portray the warm and welcome atmosphere visitors experience when they enter the historic inn. We provided a CMS application that allows events, press releases, menus, and other content to be added, organized, and edited simply and easily by the Bird & Bottle staff. In addition to the design and development of the site, we also provided location photography. There was a "feel" our client was attempting to evoke with photography and left it to us to put those in position and set them in motion. We were more than happy to assist. Veronica Whitehead Veronica Whitehead presented us with the challenge of creating the richest, most colorful, lush websites we have ever had the pleasure of designing. We were faced with thousands of photos to choose from to assemble a variety of carefully planned galleries. Veronica Whitehead and Company provides event design and production, and manages those gatherings around the globe. The site presents all aspects of her expansive repertoire with gorgeous photography from Spain, China, Russia, and more. We created a flow through the site focused on imagery with intuitive navigation to browse the galleries. The Flash-heavy site is also fortified with our own brand of SEO and steadily gaining positions in the search engines. Who says you can't have a Flash site with great SEO? Paramount Center for The Arts Our good neighbors, The Paramount Center for The Arts, have an incredible amount of talent coming through their doors each month. We created the layout, programming, and method of delivery behind their lobby display screen. It keeps patrons informed of upcoming shows, fundraising events, and film series. We were happy to create this ongoing stream of animated slides as an alternative to a sinlge local file on one of their in-house systems that had to be overwritten each time there was a change, we devised a way of delivering this to their screen via the Internet. All updates are made remotely which makes for a very efficient operation. If you are looking for some innovative advertising, motion graphics, or both, please let us know, we love a good challenge.
