A group of work produced and published in 2007
We relaunched the PAC website in the spring of 2010 after two years with one of our very first Drupal® CMS websites. In the 24+ months from the initial launch, we had learned so much, and had developed so many custom applications, we had to bring the site up to date and give those members a great new profile page in which they could publish their own bio's, upload images and have the site resize automatically, and also post their own events.
We are quite pleased with the result and have since realized how many other arts organizations could benefit from a website similar to this one. Our Online Community Sites were created to give those organizations, clubs, and galleries, an incredible Content Management System (CMS) that allows them to provide individual artist profile pages, lists of artists on the site, and even taxonomy to categorize by medium. There is also the ability to keep memberships counted and paid for with additional e-commerce. We have an affordable entry-level package if you are an organization and are interested in offering something incredible to your members with a way to generate revenue.

Our client knew what she wanted before she walked in the door. Lori Lustig let us know from the start that this logo had to be quite special, of a particular color, and she needed to love it. We combined some straightforward type design with a very contemporary icon that represents the name and the type of business in one fell swoop.
Whew! That may seem overwhelming to some but we thought it sounded like fun and we loved the challenge. We were successful on all levels. We weren't the only ones either, the logo won a Big W Award from the Advertising Club of Westchester in 2008.
How does one build a brand?
We began our work for PRESH medspa by looking at all the truly classic fashion, beauty, and cosmetic brands to see what they had in common. It was a great exercise and we learned some great lessons. Those classics all had two qualities that we felt made them true icons. They were remarkably simple but not plain, yet they had distinct character. None of them were tied to a specific color, they were usually displayed as black or white.
The PRESH brand logo was the first in a series of elements that built the brand.
What's great about a job like the one we did for Kimmi? Biscotti!!! Kimmi truly makes the best baked goods this cookie-loving crew ever had, and you should try some too. (No, we did not get paid to say that.) We can't take credit for the logo design but wish we could. It is the focal point of the branding for this site and gave us a great foundation to build upon. This site is a very simple yet very successful low-cost e-commerce solution using PayPal as the method of transaction online.
PRESH. The name is unusual and immediately reminds us of "fresh" and that was part of the plan all along. We built the entire PRESH brand from scratch. We were approached by a client that had done their homework and had reviewed hundreds of websites. They also refused to settle for anything less than the best. We were happy to oblige. Challenging at every step of the way, this job proved to be a smashing success and remains at the top of our portfolio.
PRESH MedSpa is a complete job that we saw through from the beginning discussions of what the PRESH brand would represent to the opening of the spa and continued support in the form of menu brochures, cards , stationery, and storefront signage. We were able to utilize all of our capabilities to create the brand and offer advice throughout the entire process. We designed and produced lighted displays, and full page, color advertising in and around South Florida.
The PRESH Medspa website won a Big W Silver in 2007 from the Advertising Club of Westchester.
The Westchester Library System supports 38 libraries in communities throughout the county. The site is a resource that expands and changes constantly with contributions from those 38 member libraries and the WLS staff. We were given the task of building this site around a Content Management System that would support the incredible amount of information that is organized under one site.
In addition to the CMS architecture and administrative tools, and the interface design, there were five databases reassembled and integrated under the WLS branded site. Recursos is a spanish language database that was taken from a series of static HTML pages to an MySQL database and administrative control panel to ease additions and maintenance.
The "milkman" is back and his business has changed considerably. Delivering milk and other dairy products is done the old fashioned way but advertising and receiving orders has a brand new look and feel. Westchester Dairy & Distributors, LLC., came to us for creativity and a website that is now a firm foundation for their business online. We delivered some of our own tradition—100% pure creative juice served up with old-fashioned attention to detail and customer service. The result is a memorable website that is found in search engines with increasing traffic. We hear the cows are happy too.
Sometimes a concept is easily portrayed with some very simple imagery, or at least it may appear that way. Even though we made "simple" work for this logo, we wanted to be original, smart, and creative. Memorable for all the right reasons.
Barefoot Acupuncture Center and Medspa is located in Jacksonville, FL. One of the finest medspas in North Florida and a fantastic Acupuncture
COAST Water Protection Products are some of the most important parts for plumbing that you'll never see. Toilet hardware is important to us all but no one really wants to think about it.
Our assignment was to create a logo for a brand that will rival FluidMaster. We did our research and designed a logo with some very familiar elements, very readable, and finished it off as a memorable iconic shape. Consistency will make this mark a memorable one. We plan to work it into the packaging that will compete for shelf space in stores such as Lowes and Home Depot. Keep watching for it and it's mate, GX3.
